Welfare services took on the case with my daughter’s appeal and were very professional and caring but most of all won the appeal. We are so grateful to them for their great work.
We will use them in the future for anything else we may need.
I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help as they know what they are doing.

Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you! I am ever so pleased of the outcome of the EHCP needs assessment for my child, which Birmingham City Council has carried out. They have now issued him the EHCP.
You were confident that Yahya was in need of the EHCP and that he should be issued it. You gave me the confidence, support and kindness that I needed. You were persistent and consistent with my child's case.

A big thank you to Welfare Legal Services for helping us to get direct payments for our son. If it wasn’t for the direct payments, he would be very isolated at home, now he can get out and about socialising with his carer.

I was living in a HMO in a box room for three years where I could barely move. As a partially sighted man, I struggled living in the HMO property. I contacted Nsiem and she acted very quickly and within six months I was rehoused in a bungalow. I am deeply thankful to Miss Nsiem Akhtar who worked tirelessly on my case. Moving to the bungalow has changed my life for the better.
I would highly recommend Welfare Legal Services.

Hi Nsiem
I want to say I am so grateful for all your help with my mom’s blue badge. You have made wonders happen. Thank you we appreciate it as it would have been a lot of hard work for ourselves. So thank you for all your hard work really appreciate it.

Thank you for your advice on how to prepare for my disabled adult son’s social care review meeting. The advice you gave helped massively to stop my son’s direct payments from being taken away from him by the council, which is what I was dreading.

Thank you for the successful outcome in getting council funding for 2 carers for my son when he’s out in the community and for his personal care. Our long battle with the council ended when you got involved.
