1. Returns

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and your order number, and we will review the issue promptly.

If approved, we will send a replacement item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, production begins and cancellations are not possible.

4. Personalized Items

Items that are custom-made or personalized (including names, messages, etc.) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds or replacements. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or damaged.
