Start by browsing our list of available rental properties online or contacting our team. Once you've shortlisted properties, we'll arrange viewings at your convenience. During viewings, ask questions and take notes to compare options later.
Application and Referencing
When you decide on a property, you’ll need to complete a rental application. We conduct standard tenant referencing, which includes checks on employment status, income, credit history, and previous landlord references. This ensures a smooth start to your tenancy.
Tenancy Agreement
Once approved, you’ll be asked to sign a tenancy agreement outlining the terms and conditions, including the rent amount, deposit, tenancy duration, and responsibilities. We’ll explain everything to ensure you fully understand your rights and obligations.
Deposit and Payments
