Where is the villa located?
Bella Vista Zion is located inside the beautiful community of Zion Ponderosa Ranch, offering access to horseback riding, jeep tours, pickleball, tennis, mini golf, basketball, a community pool, and more.
How many guests can the villa accommodate?
Short-term rental: accommodates up to 14 guests
Weddings: accommodates up to 16 guests
What amenities are included?
Hot tub, fire pits, bocce, cornhole, horseshoes, hiking trails, star gazing, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and more.
Are events and weddings allowed?
Can accommodate weddings up to 100 guests.
Is the area safe for guests?
Yes, Zion Ponderosa Ranch is a peaceful, private, and well-maintained community.

Can I use my own vendors
yes, but we do provide a preferred vendor list to help with your special day.
What is the check in and check out time?
Guests can check in at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m.
Is Bella Vista Zion pet friendly?
As much as we adore furry friends, our venue has a no-pet policy.
How far is the property from Zion National Park?
We are a 10 minute drive to the East entrance of Zion.
We are excited about the new visitor center being completed minutes away.
Do you supply the tables, chairs, linen's etc for our wedding?
No we do not provide the tables, chairs and linens, but work closely with a vendor who has provides everything needed for your Special day including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glasses, additional lighting and much more.
Is there parking available?
We we have plenty of parking for guests and events, if you did need additional parking as well we have additional parking in the community as well.
Is the property child-friendly?
Yes, we do provide a highchair, a we have multiple pack n plays on property.
What items are provided at Bella Vista Zion?
To help simplify your travel, we do provide Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, fabric softener.
Also we do provide a Keurig coffee maker and do provide coffee pods, and non dairy creamer. We also do provide drip coffee makers, but we do not provide the coffee for them.
Is Wi-fi available?
Yes, we do have WiFi throughout the villa.
How do I access the property?
Prior to check in, we provide access codes to assure an easy check in.
What is the neighborhood like?
The villa is located in Zion Ponderosa Ranch, a family friendly community offering safety and many activities for both adults and children.
Is there a bridal suite?
Yes we provide a Bridal suite so the Bride has plenty of room to prepare for her special day.
What is your booking policy?
In order to reserve your dates, we require the first night’s payment, then the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check in.
What is your cancellation policy?
We provide a full refund if cancelled 60 days prior to check in.
Are there noise restrictions or curfews?
Yes, Bella Vista Zion is located in a private gated community, so outside noise must stop by 10:00 p.m., for weddings, the noise can continue in the after hours bar/dance club.
