Returns & Exchange Policy
At Noor Outfits, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide high-quality products that match your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice included.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error occurred from our side. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
